Peter Foster

Composer

Peter Foster is a composer, teacher and choral director based in Oxford. He studied Music at The Queen’s College, Oxford and at Reading University. Most of his compositions are vocal or choral, and link to his work as a church musician, currently as Director of Music at St. Helen’s Church, Abingdon. He has taught Music in a number of Oxfordshire schools, and now works at Oxford High School. He is a busy performer, both as a director of choral performances, and as an instrumentalist on the piano, organ and clarinet.
