Nathan James
Composer
Nathan James took early encouragement from Ruth Gipps and Norman Kay, before formally studying composition with Peter Aston. His music has been heard in churches and cathedrals across the UK and Europe, and most recently at the Edinburgh Fringe, the Royal Festival Hall, and the Crossing Borders Festival. His new cantata, On Windover Hill; the story of the Long Man of Wilmington will be premiered by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Harlequin Chamber Choir in Chichester in March 2020.
