Davide Mutti
Composer
Born in Bergamo, Italy in 1990, Davide Mutti is a composer, organist and choral conductor. His studies have been with Gianluca Libertucci and Paolo Ugoletti at the Conservatories of Castelfranco Veneto, Venezia and Brescia, graduating with highest distinction. A busy church musician since 2005, he combines his performing and conducting duties with further study in musicology and organ performance.
Davide’s large corpus of works includes all genres and forms, including instrumental solos, chamber music, operas, and symphonic music. His output is primarily sacred and liturgical music. Many of his compositions have been awarded in national and international competitions.
His music is published in Italy (by Aldebaran Editions, Armelin, Feeria, Fondazione Coro SAT), Germany (by Edition Ferrimontana and Bardon Music), the United Kingdom (by Chichester Music Press), and USA (by Paraclete Press, Augsburg Fortress, T.U.X. People’s Music and Shawnee Press-Hal Leonard).
