LFCCM 2025: Friday 9 May – Sunday 18 May 2025
LFCCM 2025’s ten-day programme featured concerts by Siglo de Oro and The Elysian Singers of London, organ and choral recitals including two lunchtime recitals by The LFCCM Festival Singers, and performances of new sacred music at nearly 30 churches churches across London in May.

The Elysian Singers dir. Sam Laughton

Superb London chamber choir The Elysian Singers performs music of Will Todd, featuring the composer’s haunting Requiem for soprano solo, choir, and electric guitar.

Organ Recitals
New music for organ is featured in recitals throughout the Festival, performed by some of the UK’s finest organists.

St James’s Sussex Gardens
Martyn Noble opens this year’s organ recital series at St James’s with an exciting programme of contemporary music, including new works submitted to the Festival’s “Call for Scores” submission project.

Performed by Paul Greally, Assistant Organist of Westminster Abbey.

Performed by Richard Moore, Sub-Organist of Christ Church, Oxford.

Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall, Royal College of Music
Performed by organ students of The Royal College of Music Junior Department.
Choral Recitals
The LFCCM Festival Singers, the Festival’s own professional vocal ensemble drawn from London’s top-flight church and cathedral singers, performs themed selections by both British and international composers from the Festival’s open submission project for new music, “Call for Scores”, including new works by young composers.

Enjoy contemporary music for voices and organ from the comfort of your own home by following our online streaming series LFCCM @ Home. New programmes, selected from the Festival’s recording archives, are released daily for listening online.
Liturgical Services
There are also nearly thirty other choral services taking place during the Festival, featuring premiere performances of new music from “Call for Scores” and a Choral Compline featuring new music by young composers.

About the Festival
The London Festival of Contemporary Church Music was founded in 2002 with the aim of showcasing contemporary liturgical music in both service and concert. Based at St Pancras Parish Church, London, the LFCCM has grown to include more than 50 events in venues across London and beyond, dozens of composers, hundreds of performers and thousands of audience members, both live and online.
