Keith Robert Weise Rev. Keith Robert Weise, a native of Thorndale, Texas, now serves as Pastor of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pflugerville, Texas, USA. He has served as a pastor and a chaplain at congregations and institutions in Missouri, Minnesota, and Texas.

Rev. Weise received his Bachelor of Music from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, in 1997, graduating Summa Cum Laude, with a major in Piano and minor in Music Education. He served as a Band Director at Beverly Hills Intermediate School in Pasadena, Texas from 1998 to 2001. In 2001 he entered Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri, to study for Pastoral Ministry, and was ordained as a Lutheran Pastor in 2005.

Rev. Weise began his music studies at the age of 6, studying piano with various teachers in Central Texas. At University, he studied piano with Dr. John Paul, and Composition with Dr. Philip Schroeder and Dr. Frank Felice. He began playing organ for worship at St. John Lutheran Church, Thorndale, Texas, USA, at age 12, and has been involved in Church Music ever since. He has held the position of Choir Director at St. John Lutheran Church, Thorndale, Texas; Hope Lutheran Church, Friendswood, Texas; Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Altenburg, Missouri, where he also served as pastor; Meramec Bluffs Senior Living Center, St. Louis, Missouri, where he also served as Chaplain; and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, where he also served as Pastor and Chaplain.

Rev. Weise concentrates his composition efforts in the areas of sacred choral music and Christian hymnody. He is married to Deanne, and together they have two grown children, Tanner, and Ali, and two children still living at home, Abigail and Kathryn, who, together with Deanne, graciously listen to him playing the piano and working on various compositions while he is not fulfilling his pastoral duties.
